Cardio Conditioning

A progressive class where you will log and record speed, time, and distance. The goal is to improve in all areas every four weeks. This class is designed to help shed that excess fat while increasing endurance. You will perform cardio circuit training on several machines such as the treadmill, assault bike, rowers, ski ergs and finishes with core training and stretching for a complete workout. All levels are welcome.
