It is high intensity which will get you those results. Classes are an hour long. First we start with a warm up, then move onto a lift of the day whether it be finding your 1 rep max back squat or doing a snatch complex. Working on skill development and drills as well. From there we do a WOD (workout of the day) then finish off with some core work and cool down. Helping you achieve your goals and improve your health week by week, day by day, not only physically but mentally and emotionally as well. Every workout can be modified based upon the person performing the movements.
