Our custom plans and coaching sessions will get you on the right track to living a better, healthier lifestyle. This is not a fad or a quick fix, it’s a lifestyle. We will teach you proper nutrition through whole foods that you can purchase at any grocery store.
Your custom plan will be extremely detailed to fit your exact needs. Following the plan you will become healthier, you’ll lose weight, build muscle, and learn how to eat healthy on a daily basis. Nutrition can be very complex, so you’ll get the education you need for a successful future!
You’ll be well on your way to “Living The Lifestyle”. Coaching includes 3 months of bi-weekly weigh-ins with a certified health coach.
Plans are customized from your body composition, food preferences, and goals. This includes weekly weigh-ins, measurements, macro adjustments, journal review, motivation, support, and unlimited revisions.
We WILL hold you accountable and guide you along the way. You are required to cook your own foods and log your meals daily. Learn how to be successful in meal prepping! Always be packed and prepared! When you complete your sessions, you will learn how to eat, what to eat, and WHY.
