Hi guys! I started my own fitness journey in January of 2017 and it completely changed my life. Being overweight for most of my youth I became guilty of searching for the “secret” to help me lose weight overnight. It took so long for me to actually listen to those around me when they said that there is no quick fix. Once I started changing my lifestyle and implementing healthy habits into my daily routine I actually saw results and have lost 50 pounds since. Through this lifestyle change, I have found a passion for health, fitness and nutrition. I am currently in college majoring in Dietetics and hope to one day help others who are struggling with weight loss. The gym is a happy place and I aspire to also make this true for all of our members!
