What are the gym hours at Live It Fitness & Training?

Member hours: Monday through Friday 4:30 am til 7:45 pm, Weekends 7:00 am til 5:45 pm. We are always open to members during regular hours, holidays included! 24/7 access for an additional price on the membership fee!

How much does a membership cost?

We have various different membership options for single people and for families! Please see the "get pricing" tab for more information.

How do I freeze or cancel my membership?

You can cancel or freeze your membership at any time, per the original agreement you sign, this may vary. For example, when you sign up for an entire year, if you'd like to cancel the membership early there is a 50% cancellation fee. For the freezing of the membership you can freeze the account for up to 90 days! (3 months)

Do you offer day or week passes?

We have both day and week passes! Our day pass is $15 per day and the week pass is $40 a week.

What type of equipment do you have?

We are a fully equipped state of the art facility with Matrix cable and plate loaded equipment. With some things being from Rogue and other USA Manufactures.

Do you offer classes or personal training?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer classes or personal training. We are hopeful to bring this back in the future.
