I started training with Shauna shortly after I joined LIFT. I had never really been to a gym like that and I was more than a little intimidated. Training with Shauna was the best thing I could’ve done. She taught me so much. Shauna is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I wanted to learn the machines and how to lift weights. She exceeded my expectations. I gained muscle and lost fat. I have no problem walking in to the gym on my own and using the equipment now. She pushed me to better myself and I’m eternally grateful. Shauna is an avid golfer and was even able to help me with my golf swing! I feel that Shauna is very dedicated to her work and clients she listens to what you are saying and creates a plan just for you. I would recommend her to anyone as a trainer!
